I think you are too tense. too much pressure maybe? put something to distract your mind will be good. The way that I finally fixed my problem with insomina is to play "tv shows" on my computer when I'm getting to bed. else try hot bath, hot tea... last resort is to pop a couple of painkillers if sleepless night continues for too long.

去年有一陣子我晚上老睡不著
後來找到的助眠方法是睡客廳沙發
每天晚上睡前我就開始播亂馬
一邊看一邊眼皮愈來愈沉重
最後就成功地睡著了
大概是床舖給我的壓力太大
覺得躺在床上唯一的目的就是睡覺
不睡會對不起床
但這樣反而睡不著
在客廳時就可以騙騙自己 (我不是來睡的喔我只是來看電視)
然後就會睡著了
唉呀我今天怎麼話這麼多
